Karthik Rajaram brings over 30 years of experience across automobile, retail, technology, and real estate. He provides strategic guidance to Xanadu Realty and mentors the leadership team on long-term business priorities.
He holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from VIT and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.

Vikas brings over 25 years of leadership experience across Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Marico, Lodha and Xanadu, with exposure to India and the Middle East. He has spent over 13 years in the real estate industry. At Xanadu, he has played an instrumental role in transforming the company from an entrepreneurial venture into a structured, innovation-led real estate growth platform.
